CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

New Century Children's ministry, King's Kids, has a place for all children in grades K-5. Come join us and see the King of all Kings alive in the hearts of His precious children as they worship and grow in Him. We have an excellent staff of loving and devoted teachers in our Children's ministry and no more that 10 per class.

During the 9:15 hour there is a children's church for K-3rd graders. During this time the children are all together and enjoy a variety of crafts, lessons, games, songs and even learn how to play hand bells. Our 4th and 5th grade students have a class and puppet ministry . The class learns puppetry and then performs for preschool 1 time /month. They worship in big church, then begin their class around 9:45.

For our 10:45 hour, King's Kids (K-5) begins with group worship , skits and stories then the children divide into small groups according to age. It is here they expand upon the monthly virtue through games and activities, more personal lessons and prayer time.

The curriculum we have chosen incorporates a core virtue such as responsibility, forgiveness, love, or cooperation, etc, and it's definition using a monthly memory verse, weekly Bible story, and weekly bottom line to help the children apply that important concept to every day life. We are very excited to see our children learn to love God, make wise choices and follow Him in everyday situations as they more and more realize they are children of the King!!
